Proverbs 5: Avoid adultery and sexual immorality

Proverbs 5 is description using vivid verbal imagery of what sexual immorality truly is and its consequences.  The call to the young man is avoid adultery and find and be committed to and captivated solely by a loving wife.

For why should you, my son, be captivated with an adulteress?

Why embrace the bosom of another?

For the ways of man are before Yahweh’s eyes.

He examines all his paths.
